Multi-Purpose Grounds – Family Park

Mario Cassar was the mind after the design of these multi-purpose grounds. The main use of this concept was that of a business centre during the day but, allowing space for other activities after office hours. The surrounding landscaped grounds gave space for family and social activities such as pool and sun deck, beer gardens, playing fields, tennis and basketball courts, go-carting track, mini golf and a lazy river ride. The main attention as described by Mario himself was that, apart from making proper use of the land, it was of utmost importance that all activities relates to one another without interfering each other.
