Mario Cassar wanted to create something different from what people are used to find in a common area. In addition, he wanted to make something outstanding. He designed the core of this internal development around the idea of the ‘piazza’; and it really worked out. Visitors often comment that this is what makes the apartment block different from anything else they’ve seen.
